Customer Coordinator ($45k-$50k)

We are a wholesale company and are searching for Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing team! *Not a call center position*

Responsibilities:

• Taking 10- 20 inbound calls from customers and assisting them with the order process (mostly all business to business customers).
• Walk customers through the ordering process, entering orders and utilizing the CRM system.
• Handle customer questions and resolve issues.
• Light email correspondence required.
• Communicating with the internal shipping, accounting, & sales department.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of previous office experience is highly preferred
• Bachelors or Associates degree preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Details:

• Pay: $40,000-$48,000
• Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm (some flexibility if needed)
• Location: 100% onsite in Roseville area
