Job Summary:

This role will report to the Revenue Strategy and Operations Director of Group 1001 and support various enterprise initiatives, spanning sales, marketing, strategic planning, and product development - with a primary focus on revenue operations. Group 1001 is looking for a self-motivated, all-around athlete who is eager to learn about new businesses, technologies, products, and markets and possesses the ownership mentality, creative thinking, and collaborative spirit to drive key projects to completion across Group 1001's various sales and marketing channels.

Main Accountabilities:

• Manage key revenue and operations-related projects including but not limited to:

  • Drive strategic business planning and budgeting processes across all Group 1001 L&A companies
  • Manage, and track existing and future priority projects and develop a communication plan to inform stakeholders of any changes and additions to this priority list
  • Lead and facilitate structured reviews of the enterprise and business portfolio of strategic initiatives & implications (e.g., budget considerations, resource allocation, etc.)
• Lead execution of key enterprise initiatives by forming collaborative partnerships with colleagues across businesses and functional areas, including interdependencies between key business, technology and financial planning processes

• Engage in committee meetings with cross-functional senior leaders across the firm to ensure the marketing and sales team's agenda is properly represented and progress is being made towards the team's strategic objectives

• Plan, develop and execute on revenue operations best practices, such as benchmarking and OKR reporting efforts to support and evaluate performance, revenue, and operational excellence across all brands

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Required

• 5+ years' experience in strategy, marketing, or business development roles; strategic consulting and investment banking backgrounds preferred but not required

• Self-starter mentality with ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously; highly motivated and able to work against aggressive schedules.

• Analytical, data-driven mindset with a curiosity to identify sales patterns from various marketing and sponsorship activities.

• Comfort with the unknown. We're building a world-class platform but have to manage the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders. Our product roadmap is also constantly changing to reflect changing strategy and the competing needs of our customers.

• Confidence in serving as the face of Group 1001 for prospective customers and partners who may comprise C-suite executives and entrepreneurs.

• Familiarity and ease with the fintech ecosystem, B2B and B2C technology applications and how technology platforms serve customer businesses.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver on the customer's needs.

• Superior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, email, and presentation)

• Positive attitude, team player, adaptable, resourceful, and self-starter who is able to work independently.

• Interest in and experience with the insurance industry is a plus
