SUMMARY: The purpose of this position is to assist analysts in providing holistic financial planning and corporate strategic development support to achieve business financial and strategic objectives as established with the Manager and Director of Financial Planning, VP Finance, and Executive Management. Responsibilities include: collaborating with business partners; assist in business analysis reporting and various financial analysis projects business improvement mergers and acquisitions competitive analysis tracking, creating ad hoc reports and any other project needs of the marketing managers on the team. Based on initiative this position offers the potential for exposure to accounting systems sales analysis and a financial perspective.

REQUIREMENTS: Education: Incoming junior senior or MBA at least one year of school remaining. Finance or Business majors required. Experience: Previous work experience in any field. Computer Skills: Requires intermediate computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Access. Communication Skills: ability to effectively interact with management leadership at all levels and co work on tasks effectively.

Please Note: This role is a summer only internship that requires the selected candidate to work as many as 40 hours per week during the summer. This role also requires the selected candidate to work in office at Tyson Foods' Springdale, AR World Headquarters.
