Overview

Responsible for coordinating Kitting, Automated Tool Control (ATC) or other Industrial projects for internal and external customers. Quickly and accurately identify unique customer requirements in order to expedite orders through the system, acting as liaison with internal and external stakeholders to procure required information in a timely fashion. Trouble shoot and resolve any potential issues, working with others as necessary to make the order or project actionable, then schedule it for production in order to meet the customer delivery timeline. Monitor order progress through the system and act as primary liaison between internal and external parties to ensure that any relevant information or changes are communicated to the appropriate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly and accurately identify requirements of Kitting, Automated Tool Control (ATC) or other projects and pro-actively expedite in an effort to meet customer delivery date
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to procure required information timely, following up as necessary to avoid delays
  • Identify, trouble shoot and resolve any issues that could prolong delivery time-lines, researching as necessary to provide accurate and timely information to the customer
  • Effectively communicate order status with all involved stakeholders from order receipt through shipment
  • Review orders in pending status and work with involved parties to resolve identified issues in order to make them actionable
  • Collaborate with internal and external logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Work with Snap-on's ERP system as well as other integration systems to manage, forecast, troubleshoot and ship customer orders to meet delivery expectations
  • Communicate with internal and external parties to align priorities and coordinate logistics including shipping schedules and any other special requirements
  • Review and analyze projects in-process to provide accurate sale forecasting to ensure achievement of weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Perform other work as assigned


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Five to seven years customer service experience
  • Ability to understand project requirements and customer needs to ensure Kitting, ATC and other program offerings are effectively supported
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet customer demands; prior project management experience preferred with the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interface appropriately with various internal and external customers
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced, multi-functional environment while maintaining accuracy and achieving business metrics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to ensure both customer expectations and business goals are met
  • Collaborative team player who can also perform independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to changing business demands
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with Snap-on ERP (e.g. LN) system preferred
