Continuous Improvement Engineer *Title:* Sr. Continuous Improvement Engineer
*Location:* REMOTE. Located in Dallas, TX, with up to *75% travel*

*Salary:* $85,000- $120,000/Year

What You Will Be Doing The CI Engineer works as part of a team that coordinates and leads performance improvement throughout the manufacturing operations using Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational tools and methodologies. The CI Lead will be involved in all facets of operations, safety, quality, engineering, and logistics, supporting project and process improvement.

- Drive the development and implementation of CI Improvement plans consistent with and in support of the strategic and business operating plans.
- Lead local improvement teams directly on selected projects and through other team leads as needed.
- Mine and analyze data to support the project selection process.
- Provide training and develop training-related materials
- Follow-up and audit project progress
- Resolve implementation issues, creating and managing communication processes and ensuring consistency of implemented processes and programs throughout manufacturing operations.
- Generate correspondence and host conference calls, meetings, and events to launch projects and support initiatives.
- Lead, assist, and develop deliverables such as standard work to sustain improvement efforts.
What You Need for this Position - 3+ Years of professional manufacturing experience w/ a focus on Continuous Improvement
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Will consider Lean certifications in lieu of degree)
- Experience leading Kaizen events
- Strong knowledge and experience with Lean and CI tools
