We are a nationally recognized construction company specializing in ground up retail projects. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic constructon team in Dallas. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile supermarket and grocery store projects for national retail clients.

Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising construction projects from development to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Meet contractual conditions of performance.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
  

Requirements:

• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years with a Project Manager title managing projects up to $25M.
• College Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the supermarket or grocery store sector.
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software.
• Competent in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
