Your new role
As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for oversight of multifamily projects from research and analysis of opportunities, to site selection and development, all the way through managing construction and closeout of the asset.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience with Multifamily Construction
• An understanding of site selection, analysis, and research
• The ability to manage construction phases and oversee onsite personnel
• Project Experience - $20m to $70m
