We're growing rapidly and are searching for a Compliance Assurance Manager to support our compliance and risk initiatives. When you join us, you will contribute to a strong and innovative compliance and risk management culture, managing our compliance assurance program across all of our products. What you'll do as a Compliance Assurance Manager:

  • Execute monitoring and testing in accordance with Compliance Assurance Plan.
  • Develop comprehensive testing strategies to provide assurance that controls are effective utilizing a risk-based approach.
  • Partner with compliance and business subject matter experts to understand regulatory requirements and key controls.
  • Manage testing milestones to include prioritizing and tracking testing completion.
  • Drive a consistent methodology for the execution of testing.
  • Ensure workpapers and compliance testing reports clearly present the results of testing and call out material findings and recommendations.
  • Communicate progress and test findings to Senior leadership, identify compliance issues/exceptions, and work with business units to define appropriate corrective actions
  • Establish strong relationships with key business partners to promote a culture of compliance.
  • Provide reporting to Compliance leadership and inform the Compliance Committee of the state of compliance on a quarterly basis.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry rules, regulations, and best practices to ensure testing adheres to regulatory standards and stakeholder expectations

What skills you will use:

  • Ideally, you have 5+ years of Compliance, Risk, or Audit experience, preferably in a highly regulated industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in developing comprehensive testing strategies.
  • Proven ability to interpret and provide guidance on laws, rules, and regulations.
  • You're highly motivated and have a strong attention to detail.
  • You're comfortable balancing multiple, competing priorities and changes in scope/direction.
  • Strong track record of effectively assessing and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Compliance, Risk Management or Audit certifications such as CAMS, CIPP/US, CIA, CISA or CRCM.
