RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with associates, the Field Enablement organization, Business Unit leaders and creative talent to design and execute internal communications programs for BU-wide distribution/use across all levels of the organization.
  • Leverage multiple mediums to deliver informative and engaging communications across an organization of 1,500 people.
  • Provide guidance to internal partners on optimal communication channels for different types of messages.
  • Collaborate with other ADP Business Units to ensure a consistent message when necessary and to understand emerging technologies and/or best practices.
  • Work with User Champions and business leaders to develop content for weekly Service-wide conference call.
  • Manage a calendar of communication activities and lead the planning process for the senior leadership team.
  • Assist Project Management Organization to communicate new processes, systems and tools and assist with change management in that regard.
  • Act as editor for writers and/or partners and as a consultant, if/when necessary, to programs developed by other partners in the business.
  • Work directly with senior leadership to coordinate content for and host BU-wide calls, e.g. Town Halls
  • Manage the administrative aspects of an internal communications program, including archiving, tracking and analyzing the effectiveness and ‘reach’ of communications.
  • When necessary, work with Marketing to develop graphics to support internal communications.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts verbally and in writing
  • Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to work and thrive in a team environment, focused on achieving results
  • Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with all levels of management
  • Ability to assess team members' performance and provide motivational support
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong client relationship building skills
  • Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations
  • Proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office

Compensation range for this role for U.S. Colorado Residents
Minimum: $75,800
Maximum: $111,910
