Commercial Real Estate Paralegal - Remote Flexibility

Beacon Hill Legal is working with a global business law firm that is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal for their Chicago office. This position has hybrid remote work flexibility. The Real Estate Paralegal will be working closely with attorneys and will be expected to perform the following:

• Assist with due diligence required for real estate transactions
• Order, review, and analyze title commitments, recorded documents, surveys
• Develop, monitor and update closing checklists for each complex commercial real estate transaction
• Assist with preparation of tax-related applications and work with clients to obtain required documents
• Prepare documents and coordinate execution and delivery of documentation to other parties' counsel, lenders, governmental agencies
• Prepare petitions for tax consolidates and/or divisions, review and abstract leases

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience. Experience in a large law firm is preferred. Candidates must have strong oral and written communication skills as well as strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
