We are an employee-centered construction company based in Birmingham, AL. We offer general contracting and construction management services, building mostly in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic states. Operating since 1984 we provide a range of construction services across 23 states. We build many large-scale projects, but in many ways we still operate like a smaller shop. Due to rapid growth and demand for our services, we are looking for an experienced Superintendent to join the team.

What You Will Be Doing - Advocates for safety on site counting this as the top priority
- Maintains records as required
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Interface with project inspectors, subcontractors, city and county officials, and clients
What You Need for this Position - A minimum of five (5) years of experience in leading a commercial construction project.
- Capable of reading and accurately following through on architectural and engineering drawings
- Reasonable knowledge of safety and OSHA guidelines
- Ability to communicate effectively with teams
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Displays solid customer service skills
