Transplant Genomics Inc. ("TGI") is a molecular diagnostics company committed to improving organ transplant outcomes with non-invasive serial monitoring guided by biomarkers. TGI's product portfolio of both individual and combined whole blood gene expression and donor derived cell-free DNA testing iscapable of reliably ruling out subclinical kidney rejection and acute rejection in kidney transplant patients. In addition to kidney transplantation testing, our newest product for liver transplant patients is a blood-based biomarker assay designed to rule out rejection as immunosuppression therapy is optimized.


Job Description

This position will be responsible for a primary region while always providing any needed back up support to other regions. The coordinator works independently to asses daily priorities and complete all draw assignments while also able to identify and manage proper escalations to the sales, clients service and or management staff in order trouble shoot or resolve any issues. The coordinator is responsible for the maintenance and quality control of the data processed through the scheduling software Phlebio in relation to the records maintained by Client Service in the CRM. On occasion may require air travel for training and or conferences.

Essential Job Duties:
• Assignments by region or all mobile draw requests for all products.
• Follows safety & laboratory standards, policy and procedures and participates in quality assurance and quality improvement activities.
• Can provide patient instruction for sample collection.
• Knowledgeable with laboratory processing instructions related to various specimen collections.
• Knowledgeable with collection containers used in various specimen collections.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment; flexible and quickly adaptable to changing priorities.
• Monitor Phlebotomy activity and workflows to ensure safe, timely and effective patient draws in a manner that meets client, patient and business expectations and internal service goals and objectives.
• The ability to provide quality error free work.
• Learn and able to properly describe and explain to patient level 1 company and product information
• Accurately performs data entry in all applicable information systems in compliance with organizational policies.
• Participates in weekly and as needed sales and Client Service territory/regional check in meetings.
• Participates in all scheduled teams' meetings.
• If certified, may complete urgent local patient draws when needed.
• Manage all data and communication details in CRM and Phlebotomy software.
• Uses and wears PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as necessary to perform job duties safely and minimize risk when drawing patients.
• Must be COVID- 19 vaccinated.
• HIPAA Compliance: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and good judgement


Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited Phlebotomy training program
• 3 or more years of phlebotomy experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Able to lift 10-40 lbs equipment
• Authorization to work in the Unites States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Knowledge of safety practices
• Excellent customer and patient service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization of tasks
• Exhibit uncompromising integrity and commitment to Eurofins Transplant Genomics Compliance Code of Conduct and business conduct expectations.
• Demonstrate and incorporate into daily work knowledge of processes and tools to measure and improve quality.
• Strong Communication skills
• Have strong time management skills.

• Actively participate in, support and drive compliance with all state, federal and regulatory guidelines, standards, and laws
• Possess a collaborative approach to foster effective teamwork with all client operations colleagues.
• Bilingual a plus but not required.
• Ability to travel 50%, as required.
• Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
• High level of proficiency with PC based software programs


Additional Information

Position is full-time first shift with a varied schedule. Position is remote but ideal candidate would be located in Kansas City or Bay Area.

Compensation $60,000-80,000/year
