The University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College (UCBA) is one of the largest regional colleges in Ohio. Job Overview

The University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College invites applications for a full time Non-Tenure Track Instructor-Clinical position for the Nursing Department, beginning August 15, 2024.

Essential Functions
  • Preparing and teaching clinical and laboratory content in relation to the conceptual framework, philosophy, course syllabus
  • Supervising nursing students in clinical
  • Participating in the planning, implementation and evaluation of clinical teaching strategies
  • Professional/scholarly activities related to the profession and department, college, university, and community service.
  • The responsibilities associated with this position may include evening and weekend hours. Responsibilities will also require candidate to travel to clinical agencies.
Minimum Requirements

Prior to the effective date of the position, the selected candidate will have:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing,
  • Unencumbered license to practice Nursing in Ohio
  • Experience for at least two years in the practice of nursing as a registered nurse.
  • A specialization in medical-surgical nursing, with a willingness to teach across settings is required.
