Job Description Summary:
PayPal is seeking a Change Enablement Manager to join its Revenue Enablement team.This position offers the opportunity to join a team focused on transforming Revenue Enablement at PayPal.

Job Description:

We're looking for a strategic change leader to help us take our Revenue Enablement team to the next level. The Revenue Enablement team is a center of excellence that partners with our revenue teams and enables Inside Sales, Customer Service Managers, Enterprise Sales Account Executives, and our Partners globally.

You will play a key role in driving our go-to-market strategy to fuel growth and success for PayPal and our customers, and implementing fast and effective change across global teams to help evolve our internal learning technology ecosystem.

This role will be responsible for creating change strategies to help maximize adoption of new solutions by honing methods of effective and sustained behaviour change. This person will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, and readiness activities to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Revenue Enablement learning and performance programs.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement a change management strategy driving successful transformation across multiple concurrent initiatives at a global, regional or country level
  • Gain buy-in from stakeholders across numerous business and technical functions to drive adoption
  • Effectively prioritize and sequence change initiatives for impacted audiences providing a seamless experience to employees and stakeholders
  • Provide consultative guidance and coaching to key stakeholders as they lead their teams through change events
  • Develop and deploy change management tools designed to assess impact and assist with adoption
  • Complete stakeholder analysis, create action plans against identified gaps and assess readiness for change across Revenue Enablement
  • Perform change risk analysis, mitigation planning and deliverable execution
  • Develop and own change management plan and own the execution of the strategy
  • Develop and implement adoption and sustainability metrics to measure progress against and achievement of desired outcomes
  • Using industry standards and processes work with internal technology teams, and stakeholders to analyze, redesign and communicate business processes as required
  • Develop key messaging that align with the mission of the project, change management plan, communication and training plan
  • Lead collaboration with global, regional, and country teams to drive adoption of sustainable change management strategies

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in one or more of the following areas: organizational change management, information technology
  • Experienceworking cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience in successful implementation of large-scale business transformation programs and projects
  • Experience implementing people strategies, change management theories and best practices
  • Deep understanding of planning, design, and implementation of complex large-scale technology-driven initiatives executed globally and cross-functionally
  • Technical aptitude to be able to quickly learn new technologies and to design, develop and review blended learning solutions and online training materials and content
  • Strong quantitative skills: you are data driven and can lead a team toward distilling insights from complex operational data
  • You're up to date on the latest enablement tools and thinking
  • Agile mindset: proven ability to iterate, build minimum viable "products" and improve
  • Outstanding verbal and written communicator: you make the complex simple
  • Team oriented and empathetic: you can work with analysts, engineers, reps, whomever!
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Prosci or CCMP Certifiedpreferred
  • Financial Services / Payments experiencepreferred
