A Financial Services Company is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst in Charlotte, NC.

Role Description

• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Solutions Analyst.
• Experience with Business Information Office (BIO) is preferred.
• Support execution of standard and ad hoc reporting capabilities.
• Support deep dive portfolio analysis, and provide insight into portfolio performance and trends. Serve as subject matter expert for specific reporting capabilities and source system portfolios.
• Develop and document business requirements for new reporting capabilities, and conduct user acceptance of new development.
• Responsible for quality assurance of standard and ad hoc reporting capabilities.
• Support creation of reporting deliverables.
• Provide analysis and interpretation of business information.
• Execute data and report validations, and support ongoing quality assurance processes.
• Interpret and analyze report output.
• Recommend actions based on interpretation and analysis of report output.
• Oversee development of business requirements for new reporting capabilities.
• Work independently to generate data assets, reports, develops reporting strategies, and makes recommendations to senior management.
• Creating new process, more business analysis, dealing with all levels of management and executives within LOB/Function they support.
• Contributes to solutions projects, may lead small to medium complexity reporting projects.
• Ability to foster relationships between end-user and EIS partners to ensure that common goals are met and that there is active collaboration between team members.

Skills & Requirements

• Applies subject-matter or functional expertise and industry solution knowledge to research, analyze, design, and/or maintain data sources in information systems in support of projects, information needs, and changing requirements.
• Performs analysis, validation and interpretation of reporting outputs.
• Executes data and report validations to support ongoing quality assurance processes.
