RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Arlington, VA that is seeking a Business Operations Specialist.Responsibilities:- Oversee the end-to-end order to cash process, including order processing, invoicing, billing, and collections
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing to inform pricing decisions
- Maintain pricing databases and systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Monitor and evaluate pricing performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve revenue targets
- Provide support and guidance to sales teams on pricing and discounting strategies
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline operations and increase efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to order management and pricing
REQUIREMENTS:
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
