Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.:

• Knowledge of general human resources principles and practices.
• Accounting principles and procedures; financial management; project management; effective communication including oral, written, and electronic; computer software related to accounting and business applications.
• Any combination of experience and education that would likely produce the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and other relevant software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Texas State University's organizational structure.
• Knowledge of Texas State University policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in Adobe Sign Software.
• Experience with Texas State software and programs (SAP, PEOPLEADMIN, TCM).
• Knowledge of Texas State University's organizational structure.
• Knowledge of TXST policies and procedures.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, management, or related field.

Job Description:

Responsible for providing a broad range of administrative services in budgeting, business, management, and personnel management.

Job Duties:

• Direct and administer Meadows financial business.
• Assist with developing the Meadow Center's budgets and goals for the year.
• Assist PIs with grant proposal budget development.
• Supervise and manage human resources, office policies and procedures, professional service agreements, accounting, and purchasing within the business office - other duties as assigned.
