Responsible for transforming data into valuable insights through data-model designs that drive management reporting and dashboards to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and consistency, and to help facilitate sound business decisioning among cross-functional stakeholders. Must be resourceful, reliable, detail-oriented and self-driven to produce the best possible and most responsive outcomes in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
Develop and maintain management reporting and dashboards to be accessible by designated business stakeholders.
Perform in-depth data analysis to identify and resolve potential informational risks.
Distill complex data into clear and concise visualizations.
Design, improve and maintain data models that extract data from operational databases, and transform that data into easily understandable recurring business reviews.
Gather and process raw data at scale.
Process unstructured data into a form suitable for analysis - then do the analysis.
Ability to consolidate, interpret and present data for consumption by cross-functional stakeholders.
Proficient in the use of visual analytics and analytic automation tools such as Tableau and Alteryx.
Skilled in the design of data models that eliminate informational risk and ensure data consistency.
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to help support the creation of solutions that address critical business needs.
Strong oral and written communication, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated problem solving and applied analytical skills.
Proficient and experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated, self-starter willing and able to meet critical deadlines.
Knowledge of SQL Databases and Query Creation
Knowledge of the medical device business and products preferred.
At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a highly analytical or data driven discipline.
5+ years of relevant work experience
A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Salary range:$60000 - $95000/year
