RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Data Analyst in Westlake Village, CA. This is a position that will be in office multiple days a week and the person selected must live in Southern California (the office is in Thousand Oaks, CA).Key Tasks:- Business Data Analyst will act as a liaison between company, its dealerships, and additional Partners
- Grow and foster partnerships
- Facilitate mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly/yearly sales objectives are met
- Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities
- Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer, independent aftermarket (IAM) and company
- Monitor Dealership personnel training and ensure compliance with company requirements/objectives
- As a Business Data Analyst, you will assist with Dealership inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory stabilizing
- Analyze Dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities
- Increase sales of company vehicles and accessory parts to its customers
- Assist in customer problem resolution
- Main Point of Contact for about 46 dealers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry in lieu of a degree
- 2+ years in sales and customer service
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis
- Proficient at Excel
- Dealer experience
- Majority solo work - should be self-motivated
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
