Description:

WSFS Bank is looking for an ambitious and energetic Brand Coordinator to help support the day-to-day initiatives in the marketing department. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented self-starter to gain experience with a local brand and grow their career with exposure to a wide range of marketing functions in a fast-paced environment.

The Brand Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the department’s administrative needs, contribute to existing marketing programs, provide support for our branch network and manage premiums and branded apparel.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support branding, merchandising and collateral of branch network including exterior and interior assets.
  • Responsible for network of Digital Merchandising screens including determining appropriate messaging based on WSFS Brand, uploading and management of content within platform, as well as trouble shooting device interruptions.
  • Manage development and deployment of exterior branch network LED messaging
  • Manage ATM marketing platform in maintaining and updating content.
  • Track and process marketing invoices against Marketing budget, maintaining accurate reporting throughout the year.
  • Manage creation and deployment of weekly Marketing Newsletter
  • Coordinate photoshoots as needed for new Associates
  • Work with external vendors on promotional/giveaway items supporting various department requests
  • Supports Marketing department in other areas as requested
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English or related field (required).
  • Minimum of one year of Marketing experience or related experience (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  • Experience with budget management preferred
  • Familiarity with digital signage software a plus
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to multi-task on several, unrelated projects simultaneously
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Possess high level of creativity
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
