Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare is preferred
- Excellent organization and personal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use independent judgement and discretion
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Provide direction and structure to the Billing Department
- Monitor daily productivity of Billing Department
- Perform yearly performance reviews
- Maintain relationships with Insurance Companies, Third Party Vendors, Sales Representatives, and
- outside vendors
- Review claims and sign off on orders
- Train, mentor, and provide guidance to new employees
