Bilingual Office Assistant

Company in Gastonia is looking for a bilingual Office Assistant to join their team. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. $19-$22/hour. Temp to permanent.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and keeping files updated
• Collecting and handling mail
• Processing orders
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff members and clients

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer Service
• Ability to learn
