Associate Project Manager - Construction Over 20 years in operation as one of New York and Miami's top mid-sized Construction Management Firms offering a variety of services within construction management, general contracting, and design/build. From new construction to renovation and design/build projects, we provide comprehensive construction management services for commercial, high rise residential, retail, corporate, healthcare, hospitality, and institutional projects. We offer our clients a full-service resource for all their construction needs, without the hassle of outsourcing various facets of a project to multiple contractors or subcontractors.

We are looking for Associate Project Managers for immediate hire with experience in commercial and residential construction.
What You Will Be Doing You will work hand-in-hand with our Project Manager in assisting and coordinating construction projects within our commercial and residential divisions. Your duties will include tracking RFI's and submittals, coordinating and scheduling meetings, providing regular budget updates, assisting with obtaining approvals, and change order review, processing, and tracking.
What You Need for this Position Must have at least 2+ years experience with:
- Commercial Construction
- Residential Construction
- Project Management
- Pre-Construction
- Project Plans
- Field Supervision
- RFI / Submittals / Change Orders
- Budget Planning
- Microsoft Project | Microsoft Excel | Microsoft Word
