Position Summary
This Morrisville, NC based position resides within the Teleflex Anesthesia business unit's Marketing team in Morrisvile, NC. In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, this role will create, execute and manage full-stream marketing efforts for the North American Everyday Airway RUSCH® and/or Gibeck® products. This role actively partners with the North America Sales and Leadership teams, Global Marketing counterparts, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the execution and implementation of marketing strategies to exceed growth projections.
Principal Responsibilities
• Provide day to day management of the assigned Airway Management product lines.
• Provide sales support such as sales materials, customer presentations, cross-references, information for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and customer communications.
• In collaboration with manager, develop and implement tactical plans to increase penetration and drive sales of existing products and drive portfolio management.
• Develop content for core products and new product introductions including market development, training, education and sales / marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams on projects that improve cost, quality, product efficiencies, and profitability.
• Communicate effectively with Business Unit Leadership, Project teams, Marketing Leadership, Sales, and Sales Leadership members
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, and Distribution to maintain high service levels.
• Provide support to Regulatory Affairs team on local product registrations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by immediate manager.
• Adhere to and ensure the adherence of Teleflex Code of Ethics, all Company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
