Job Summary:

Position is responsible for managing multiple alliances with supervision and is independently responsible for managing and directing the activities for a single alliance with minimal supervision, as assigned. Position assists with the planning and allocation of required resources to ensure effective relationships and contributes to co-development contracts. This position implements process improvements, and assists in risk identification, escalating issues as necessary. This level resolves alliance conflicts with supervision and solves problems procedurally using some experience; seeking guidance for non-routine decisions.

Responsibilities:

Partnership Management: Manages multiple alliances with supervision and manages governance of one type of
alliance independently. Has familiarity with relevant therapeutic area and development stage of alliance, and
builds stakeholder knowledge.

Relationship Management: Establishes trusted relationships with key partners and other alliance stakeholders
(i.e., function head, project lead).

Co-development Contracts: Reviews and provides input on co-development contracts prior to approval.
Understands legal contract language.

Conflict Identification and Resolution: Identifies potential project risks and implements appropriate resolution
and/or escalates as necessary. Contributes to the design of process improvements. Supports internal alignment
of conflict management and leads resolution process, with supervision.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree required

Master's Degree/MBA/PhD preferred
