Job Description

Employee Responsibilities:

• Assist Resource Manager (RM) in all task associated with the management of client-dedicated scientific teams:

* in the maintenance of activity tracker(s) for all ongoing work

* in the generation of invoice data packages which helps track spend/utilization

* in obtaining and reviewing utilization including ensuring that the level of details is adequate to the clients' requirements (per project, per stages of a project, per time points...)

* in the creation of other visual KPI presentation and monitoring techniques that support FTE resources management, depending on a given set of characteristic or client requests

* in contributing to the development of tool(s) to estimate utilization and cost for life cycle of a project

• Help ensuring that the tracker toolkit provides Departments with forecasting information

for stability and establishment work

• Maintain and help re-evaluating the tools/trackers to assist in capturing the data and extracting the identified KPIs.

• Demonstrates ability to work on multiple projects at one time

• Demonstrates strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaboration

• Proactively plans and multitasks to maximize productivity

• Meets all quality and productivity metrics and demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration

• Regular attendance and punctuality

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate would possess:

  • Good oral and written communication skills,
  • High capacity for organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent people skills
  • Technical expertise in (Bio)Pharmaceutical Product testing preferred
  • Understanding and practitioner of Lean and/or Six Sigma principles and Project Management Methodology
  • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skill
  • Theoretical understanding of large molecule biochemistry
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Life Sciences or related)
  • Experience in an FDA regulated Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in working in an FTE team or good understanding of FTE team required
  • Skilled level in process improvement tools and methodologies
  • Computer skills (expertise with MS Project, Excel, and other Windows related applications)
  • Independent work skills, strong work ethic and organization skills
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am -4:00pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
