Pay range: $22-28/hour

The main duty of an Assistant Property Manager involves overseeing the financial aspects of the property, including handling receivables and payables, inputting data into system, ensuring the accuracy of resident ledgers, managing move-outs, reconciling deposits, and providing support in leasing activities.
* Complete and approve daily timesheets by the end of each day in the payroll cycle.
* Submit monthly commissions for regional manager approval.

* Maintain resident files in Yardi
* Organize accounting and vendor files
* Perform management support tasks such as typing, filing, letter writing, and package handling.

Please apply if you have 2+ years of residential property management, YARDI software experience and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
