We are looking for dynamic employees with affordable housing experience, including LIHTC (Tax Credit) for this stunning 260-unit housing community located in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas. The ideal candidate will have Tax Credit and new construction initial lease up experience.
We are currently accepting applications for:
Assistant Property Manager
The Oaks is beautiful property with many amenities including, but not limited to:
Business Center
Craft Room and Game Room
Fitness Center
Library and Theatre Room
Courtyard w/grill and Community Garden
In Unit Washer/Dryer and Free Cable/Wi-Fi
