Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Agreements and Policies for Corporate and Foundation Giving, the Assistant Director of Agreements and Policies for Corporate and Foundation Giving is responsible for reviewing, formalizing, and negotiating gift agreements for support of Stanford Medicine. The Assistant Director will also oversee due diligence processes related to such gifts and assist in resolving questions and policy issues.
The Assistant Director should have extensive experience in reviewing and analyzing contracts and other agreements and sophisticated legal drafting skills. In this role, you must have an ability to prioritize workload, make discerning judgment calls and provide high-quality service in a fast-moving, action-oriented, customer-focused, service environment. You must be able to work both independently and with partner offices and on teams, take initiative, and follow through on all assignments. Superior attention to detail and organizational skills are a must. This is a 2 year fixed-term position.

The expected pay range for this position is $142,000 - $163,000 per annum.
