What You Will Be Doing - Designing a range of Multi-Family, Hospitality/Restaurants, Office, Banking / Financial Services
- Ability to work in team environment to coordinate with construction and development
- Experience working in construction phases of projects with owners, developers, and general contractors
- Coordinate and track project budgets and schedules
- Assist in preparation of fee proposals and agreements with the owner and consultants
- Manage and assist with work on all phases of various architectural projects including design development, preparation of presentation drawings and specifications, design review, coordination and correlation of construction drawings and review production drawings and specifications.
- Supervise and support production staff, conduct reviews to improve staff performance and assist in establishing training activities.
- Be responsible for project management to ensure projects are completed on time, are within budget, of high quality and fulfill client expectations.
What You Need for this Position - Graduate of a NAAB accredited 4 or 5 year architecture school
- 5+ years of experience completing design and construction documents for a wide range of project types
- 3+ years Revit experience, AutoCAD (Strong Revit experience)
- Architectural license preferred but not required
