We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our Supply Chain team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Walmart's ongoing efforts in adopting automation and optimizing our supply chain operations. Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics using statistical tools to identify trends, patterns, areas for improvement, and top loss for the facility
• Implement corrective/preventive actions to resolve quality issues and eliminate recurrence
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and improve process quality
• Contribute to cross-functional teams in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives for end-to-end business application
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on process design and improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and techniques
• Proficient in the use of process mapping, data analysis, and statistical tools (Minitab)
• Familiar with data management systems and coding applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
• Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
