Gather information and statistics, analyze trends and errors on Premium Accounts and Specialty Market Accounts manual coding. Make corrections to ISO Report and compile findings into a report to help improve efficiency in ISO Reporting and manual Premium Coding errors of PMA. Demonstrate commitment to Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards, and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work

Responsibilities:

  • Error Analysis of ISO Data Reporting and manipulation of errors and related data to submit corrections to ISO.
  • Monitor accuracy and quality of data on a monthly and quarterly basis and communicate to Policy Decisions team any ISO reporting data errors that are directly related to how the information is stored in the ODS or Premium interface.
  • Submit monthly ORSUI Claim files to ISO, then report back to ORSIU.
  • Learn database and table structures associated with data.
  • Learn associated systems and workflows affecting the sources for data. This includes the new Claims Center, as well as older legacy systems.
  • Entry of premium coding information into PMA systems from bordereau
  • Analysis of Premium transactions posting errors and create manual transactions to post corrections.
  • Analysis of rejections and errors related to statistical reporting, including trending and correction.
  • Define opportunities to improve source data to reduce rejection activity.


Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Self-Starter, Creative, Proactive and Optimistic
  • Solution Oriented
  • Strong analytic skills and advanced skills in Excel
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to work independently and deal effectively with multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Expert with Microsoft Office suite products (with emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
