Customer Support / Data Entry

Our client in the Charlotte area is looking for an Admin/Data Entry associate, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Temp-to-Hire. Pay: 18-19/hour.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into databases or file systems accurately and efficiently
• Assist in maintaining client databases and records.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the company, providing excellent customer service.
• Support project managers with documentation and coordination tasks.
• Track project timelines and deadlines.
• Verify and correct data entries as needed
• Perform regular data collection and analysis tasks
• Take information from spreadsheets and order forms to enter into our CRM.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
• Type, transcribe, and proofread documents as required
  
  Requirements

• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook PowerPoint)
• Professional verbal and written communication
• Excellent typing, and systems skills.
