Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst

Location: Twinsburg, OH or Middlefield, OH- HYBRID (2-3 days in office)

Job Description:

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will play a crucial role in disputing chargebacks and identifying root causes for deductions, ensuring accurate financial transactions and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage disputes in retailers' portals and gather supporting documentation.
• Prepare dispute packages with comprehensive information for merchants when standard methods fail to secure payment.
• Utilize dashboards to monitor deductions, credits, and payments effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Intermediate-level spreadsheet skills.
• Familiarity with retailers' portals.
• Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work extra hours as necessary to meet deadlines.
