Accounts Payable Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Supervise and mentor Accounts Payable Specialists.
• Provide professional and timely internal and external "customer" service.
• Ensure accurate use of cost centers, general ledger accounts, etc.
• Maintain Accounts Payable process documentation.
• Weekly review of AP aging/unmatched report.
• Own vendor maintenance within accounting software.
• Support AP Specialists as needed with invoice processing, check-runs, purchase order/invoice variances, past due balances, etc.
• Elevate issues to Accounting Manager when appropriate.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience supervising a team and rolling up your sleeves.
