RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client in Burlingame, California (CA) is seeking to hire a remote Accounting Manager.Summary:This client is a financial services company that is currently growing. They have provided employees with room for growth and offer a competitive compensation and benefits package. This role will be fully remote with quarterly travel.Responsibilities include:- Prepare and review bank account reconciliations
- Manage AP systems and vendor profiles
- Maintain banking information
- Manage the check run process
- Support audits
- Train and mentor the accounting team
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA is preferred
- 6-8+ years of accounting experience
- Accounts payable experience
- Experience with NetSuite, Great Plains, or Coupa
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Public accounting experience is nice to have
- Large company experience is preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
