Internship Details:

During the Accounting Internship, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable on-the-job experience and contribute to real-world projects. As an accounting intern, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the Mississippi Campus of the Remanufacturing Division by working on projects and duties that support Balance Sheet and Income Statement health and Balance Sheet compliance. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to interface with other functional groups and leaders on the MS Reman Campus and work on other special projects.

Location: Onsite in Corinth, MS

Session Availability: Summer 2024: 5/20/2024 - 08/12/2024

This is a 40-hour-per-week assignment, Monday through Friday, lasting 12 weeks in the summer.

Basic Qualifications:

* Must be enrolled full-time at a 2 or 4-year accredited university/college in an Accounting degree program

* Minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA (both Accounting GPA & Cumulative GPA)
* Must graduate between December 2024 and May 2027

* Must be able to complete a daily work commute using reliable transportation

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

* Previous accounting internship and/or relevant work experience

* Completed Intermediate Accounting or first 300-level accounting course by the start of the internship

* Strong initiative, communication, and interpersonal skills

* Leadership involvement in student associations

* Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel
