A reputable company in Greentree is looking to add an Accounting Clerk to their growing team! This well-established organization has over 23 locations across the US and offers a nice benefits package to their employees. They also offer a great training program and are willing to look at resumes with diverse experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for bookkeeping and accounts payable with some accounts receivable duties.
- Send packing slips, checks, invoices, and other items for processing via UPS.
- Match invoices/PO's and verify prices to enter the system as the payables are created.
- Enter expense reports.
Requirements
- Accounting or PO experience is a plus
- Associates degree in accounting or related field is a plus
- Ability to work in a smaller office at a fast pace
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and be a team player
