We are seeking an entry level Accounting Analyst in our Racine, WI location. In this role you will be part of a global community and responsible for ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS financial accounting and reporting standards. Enjoy a hybrid work environment working three (3) days onsite and two (2) days remote/home office.
- Provides primary accounting for the CNH Industrial Capital North America ledger in both US GAAP and IFRS. Primary focus on the retail product.
- Support monthly and year-end account reconciliations. This includes making sure compliance with the global account reconciliation policy is met each month.
- Perform, analyze, evaluate and interpret accounting and financial information to identify problems and alternate courses of action as they relate to the supported products, entities and/or reconciliations (utilizing various CNH Industrial systems to perform operational tasks and gather financial data)
- Work to streamline and improve accounting processes, as business needs change within the department.
- Interact with other departments on data gathering and problem solving to issue reports that can be used by management in the decision making process.
- Assist in the the preparation of necessary work papers and documentation to support analysis of specific situations. Including work papers necessary for external auditors relative to the 20-F, CNH Industrial Capital LLC audits and CNH Industrial Capital Canada LTD audits.
- Support the analysis, evaluation, development and recommendation of new methods that strengthen internal controls, propose changes for improvement to increase the effectiveness and accuracy of the accounting data (i.e, ensuring appropriate accounting guidance is being followed) and management reporting.
Internship experience in relevant accounting, finance and/or business reporting roles
Comprehensive working knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS
Intermediate level user of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Access
Working knowledge of SAP and SAP business warehouse
Working knowledge of Cognos/Impromptu
Exposure to Blackline
