Williams Form Engineering is looking to fill an Office Administration position in our Lithia Springs, GA manufacturing location. This successful candidate will be an integral member of the office staff supporting financial, sales and manufacturing activities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pricing & Purchasing of local steel and other supplies & services
  • Vendor management, including Accounts Receivable verification & authorization
  • Scheduling and Logistics duties for outside vendor activities
  • Data entry into Epicor business software system
  • Interact with various departments company-wide
  • Administrative duties such as phone support, filing, and other duties as needed
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of daily operations

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree/credit preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, are required
  • Knowledge of computers and business computer software, including Microsoft Office: Epicor desired
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
  • Able to adapt to ever-changing daily priorities
  • Basic mathematical skills, including calculating discounts and percentages, required
  • Product / industry knowledge and experience an asset
