The Account Manager II is responsible for providing a best-in-class customer experience, serving as the first line of contact for our customers. They are responsible for ensuring all freight is serviced to meet/exceed the customer’s standards, while also communicating customer needs and changes to the operations teams. They are expected to develop and maintain customer relationships, while achieving company defined operational metrics.
As an Account Manager II, you will be empowered to own customer relationships and operationalize their opportunities and needs on an ongoing basis. We are looking for candidates with a bias for action, an ability to collaborate with a network of stakeholders, and a track record of holding high expectations to deliver optimal results for our customers.
This position will work Onsite at our Rogers Center of Excellence and interviews will be conducted in Rogers as well.
