The Partner Enablement Manager - North America role is critical to the ongoing growth and support of our partnership ecosystem. The successful individual to step into this role is motivated by creating and developing a world class partner tool kit. This person is a team player and loves the idea of supporting and coaching our Partner Account Management team on how to successfully scale and grow partnerships. They have a knack for understanding client needs and possess a vision for success.

You are an enablement professional and have experience designing, building, and delivering impactful enablement programs that align with growth objectives. You're both a critical thinker and a strategic planner and have a passion for working with partners and sales teams!

You will:

  • Assess capabilities and training needs of partners with the region to ensure successful product knowledge.
  • Building dynamic, consumable content that achieves predefined learning objectives.
  • Coordinate and align with internal teams to create training and readiness materials for regional partners to build capabilities towards delivering success for their customers.
  • Create and maintain scalable regional learning programs and processes that help our partners become empowered and knowledgeable in selling iOffice + SpaceIQ product.
  • Collaborate with channel marketing and channel sales teams to create and drive attendance to service centric workshops, webinars, and training programs.
  • Support the creation of a seamless onboarding framework to ensure a successful partnership from kickoff to launch and beyond.
  • Work cross-functionally to align key internal and external stakeholders, managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Routinely report on progress and impact of enablement plans, content strategy, playbooks, training, joint delivery preparation and engagement delivery.
You have:
  • 3+ years of experience in an enablement role
  • Strong understanding of channel ecosystem (understanding referral, resellers, tech partners and their different needs)
  • Previous experience in building and maintaining training documentation
  • Client facing experience
  • Experience in working in a faced paced technical environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Experience with PRM tools, Salesforce and LMS systems
  • Good understanding of sales and client success teams and their processes
