About the Role

The CPG Lead is responsible for daily reporting and auditing of picking productivity. They will be ensuring that any interruption to productivity is reported to the Supervisor in a timely manner.

• Keep track of daily orders
• Report daily attendance
• Update and create daily reporting for the pick process
• Ensure new & replenishment items receipts flow is efficient and accurate
• Determine needs for temporary labor force and communicate needs to Supervisor
• Ensure all OSHA policies for a safe working environment are met and maintained, including HAZMAT shipments
• Ability to complete all tasks within in the CPG PTL system, including troubleshooting when necessary
• Ensure new concessions stores/remodels/relocation stores are picked, packed and staged in a timely manner to meet ship dates
• Complete other duties as assigned (receiving, replenishing pick locations, inventory & cycle counts, work holidays, etc.)

About You

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience with RF scanner system
• Experience with pick and pack operations
• Good oral and written communication skills and ability to multitask
• Good computer/AS400/WMS systems/Excel skills
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
